Gayle Tiller is an award-winning photographer whose professional career spans three decades. Through her life-long career as a professional photographer, she has upheld her commitment to filling every frame with light, love, and laughter. Early in her career, Gayle could be found leaving a photoshoot with her film camera riding shotgun, heading to her black and white darkroom to develop her art. Her ability to fuse old and new techniques gives her work an unmatched flair — the kind that can only be learned and perfected through a lifetime of capturing life through a lens.

Gayle’s long list of devoted clients speaks for itself. In some cases, she has photographed the same subjects throughout the decades — capturing moments all the way from diapers to degrees. Her earnest energy lends to her unique ability to capture photographs that illuminate her subjects’ personalities — bringing their light to life in a single image. She is best known for her distinguished portrait photography in the Outer Banks of North Carolina and Loudoun County, Virginia.
